D2D: Withdrawal of capital from associated company

On June 14, 2012, Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2 announced a withdrawal of capital in a associated companies as follows:

• On June 14, 2012, Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2 completed the capital withdrawal in Co Loa Thanh Construction JSC (contributed capital: VND4.5 billion – 450,000 shares or 30% of  charter capital of Co Loa Thanh Construction JSC).
• Therefore, Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No. 2 was not associated company with Co Loa Thanh Construction JSC.
