CII: Notification of ESOP

Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) announced the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as follows:

-         Issuer: Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company

-         Short name: Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Object of the issue: employees according to the Esop regulation of CII. Member of the Esop has right to buy 01 time in 5 years. Every year, member of the Esop will buy 20% of total rights.

-         Offering price: VND 10,000/share

-         Issue volume: 60,000 share ( not over 5% of outstanding share capital), in which:

+        The Esop in 2006: 20,000 shares

+        The Esop in 2007: 20,000 shares

+        The Esop in 2008: 20,000 shares

+        Total issue value: VND600,000,000.

+        Time of implementation: from June 18, 2012 to June 22, 2012 .
