rounded down. The fractional parts will be cancelled.
For example: on the record date, shareholder A owns 1,036
TTF shares. Shareholder A has the right to receive: 1,036*20%= 207.2 shares.
However, after rounded down, the real number of bonus shares shareholder A
receives is 207 shares.
