DTA: Explanation for business result in Q4.2011

De Tam Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result between Quarter 4.2011 as follows:

-         Total revenue in Quarter 4.2011: VND8.1 billion, profit before tax: VND617.7 million

-         Compared to the same of Quarter 4.2010, revenue of DTA decreased.

-         Reasons: Estate real market has frozen, interest bank went up impact to cost of goods sold. Besides to attract the number of customers, DTA increased the promotion program, discount for the customers bought the apartments and lands in the projects. Although, the company’s profit in 2011 was lower than year 2010 but the company’s business was still developing.
