after tax in Quarter 4.2011 was VND15,584,248,595, increasing 239.13% compared
to Quarter 4.2010. (Profit after tax in Quarter 4.2010 was VND6,517,058,980)

Reasons:
In Quarter 4.2011 the company continue to develop business sales at Block
LK36,39,40,42 projects, Block BT15 villas, Van Canh new urban area project, Ha
Noi, low-rise buildings in the east of Xuan Dieu street, Ha Tinh, houses of
Block LK2,3,4 urban area projects Thanh Hoa with accumulative revenue at
December 31, 2011 was VND518,139,881,826 and accumulative after tax was
VND52,791,324,345, it main reason led to profit after tax of Quarter 4.2011
higher than the same period of last year.
