DVP: Explanation for business result in Q4.2011

Dinh Vu Port Investment & Development Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result over 10% between Quarter 4.2011 and Quarter 4.2012 as follows:

-         Expense in Quarter 4.2011 was higher than Quarter 4.2010 because equipments and means arrived the period of maintenance.

-         Foreign exchange difference from revaluation of liabilities increased, Labor expenses increased.

-         Adjust profit after tax in 2010 increased according conclusion of the State Audit in 2010.
