Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company has not agreed to EVN on electricity price. Therefore, revenue and financial reports have not been finished in order to organize the annual general meeting of shareholders. Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company are continuing to negotiate electricity price with EVN.

- Therefore, Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company will annual general meeting of shareholders when having an official electricity price, estimated in late May or early June 2012
