Ben Thanh Material JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

- Profit before tax: VND 5.5 billion

- Dividend payment: 15%

- Profit before tax: VND 5,298,028,801

- Profit after tax: VND 3,984,886,311

- Funds: VND 796,977,263

- Dividend payment: (15%) VND 2,986,500,000

- Retained earning: VND 155,135,769
