CAD: Cadovimex to organize the 2nd annual general meeting

Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export and Processing Joint Stock Company held the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of fiscal year 2011 at 8:30am on April 28, 2012. However, there were only 06 shareholders representing 747,198 shares (8.49% of voting shares) attended the Meeting. According to regulations, a general meeting of shareholders will be held if there are shareholders representing at least 65% of voting shares

- Therefore, the Chairman of the Meeting decided to cancel the first AGM because there are not enough 65% of voting shares. The second AGM will be organized on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Nam Long Enterprise, Tran Thoi commune, Cai Nuoc district, Ca Mau province.
