BHC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012

Bien Hoa Concrete JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result 2011 and 2012:

* 2011

- Revenue: VND 188 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 18.5 billion

- Profit after tax: VND 13.9 billion

- Payable to the state: VND 4.5 billion

- Investment: VND 991 million

* 2012

- Revenue: VND 215 billion

- Profit after tax: VND 1 billion

2. Audited financial statement 2011 and set up fund plan in 2012
3. Report from the BOD 2011 and Payment for the BOD, Supervisory board 2012

- Chair of the board – cum – General Manager :VND 20 million/ month
