TTC: Explanation for 5 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions

On 03/05/2012, Thanh Nam Construction and Investment JSC explained the 05 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions from 24/04/2012 to 02/05/2012, which increased the price of stock TTC from VND3,600 to VND4,400 as follows:

- The Company’s operation is carried out as normal. The Company does not have any other extraordinary information. The 05 consecutive ceilling-hitting sessions of the stock TTC were due the expectation of investors and out of the company’s control.
