On 23/04/2012, Thanh Nam Construction and Investment JSC explained the 05 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions from 16/04/2012 to 20/04/2012 as follows:

- Recently, the stock price of the Company has fell below the development potential of the Company. Thus, when there are promissing signals from the market, the price of CSC has attracted the interest of investors.

- The market in early 2012 has been better which affecs the investors’ decisions.

- The Company’s operation is carried out as normal. The Company does not have any other extraordinary information. The 05 consecutive ceilling-hitting sessions of the stock CSC were due the expectation of investors and out of the company’s control.
