NKG: Board Resolution on an Additional Issuance

Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company (Nakisco) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 25, 2012

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to increase capital of Nam Kim Steel JSC:

1. Plan for capital increase: offering shares to raise funds.
2. Stock code: NKG
3. Volume: 15,000,000 shares
4. Object of the issuance: strategic shareholders.

Article 2: This decision will be balloted in the annual general meeting of shareholders in June 2012.
