CCI: The record date for a share issuance
Cuchi Commercial And Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company announces the record date for a share issuance to the existing shareholders:
- Stock symbol: CCI
- Par value: VND10,000
- Ex-right date: May 16, 2012
- Record date: May 18, 2012
- Purpose: Issuing shares to the existing shareholders.
- Exercise ratio: 2:1
(The one who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and every 02 rights can buy 01 new share).
Estimated issue volume: 4,398,620 shares.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares:
+ The distributed shares will be rounded down. The remaining shares and fractional shares (if any) will be distributed to other investors at a price not lower the price offered to the existing shareholders.
· For example, if shareholder A owns 105 shares at the record date, he will buy: 105x1:2 = 52.5 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will be entitled to buy only 52 new shares. The 0.5 share will be distributed to other objects.
- Issue price: 10,000 dongs/ share
- Regulation on transfer:
+ Time for rights transfer: from June 04, 2012 to 4:00 pm June 25, 2012.
+ Rights are transferred only once at the price agreed by 2 partners and not done again to the third one.
- Regulation on purchased shares:
+ The purchased shares are transferable.
+ Time to register and pay money to buy stock: from June 04, 2012 to 4:00 pm July 06, 2012.
Place of implementation:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: shareholders will transfer rights, register to buy shares and pay money at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will transfer rights, register to buy shares and pay money at Office of Cuchi Commercial And Industrial Developing Investment Joint Stock Company, Bau Tre 2 Village, Tan An Hoi Commune, Cu Chi District, HCM city.
