IMP: Report on the use of capital

Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company reported the use of the proceeds from stock offering:

- Total proceeds from the offering: VND98,201,510,000 (or 3,554,680 shares)

- The capital used until April 12, 2012: VND89,853 million, including:

- Paying for Penicillin injection production line: VND37,293 million.

- Paying for upgrading equipment for Cao Lanh Factory: VND10 billion.

- Investing in system distribution: VND32,560 million.

- Raising the working capital: VND10 billion.
