According to Decision No.308/2012/QD – HDQT, Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (stock code: STB) announces the capital increase of subsidiary Sai Gon Thuong Tin Remittance Express Co, LTD (Sacombank - SBR)

- Sacombank – SBR’s new charter capital:VND15,000,000,000.
