PHR: PHURUCO winds up Vinh Binh Rubber Plantation

On April 24, 2012, the Board of Directors of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company (PHURUCO) issued a decision to close Vinh Binh Rubber Plantation in order to merge it into Hoi Nghia Rubber Plantation and Bo La Rubber Plantation as from April 26, 2012. The merger plan is as follows

- Transferring 812.10 hectares to Hoi Nghia Rubber Plantation, including: Group 1, Group 6 and a part of area of Group 2 and 5.

- Transferring 866.85 hectares to Bo La Rubber Plantation, including: Group 3, Group 4 and a part of area of Group 2, 5 and 6.

- The Management of Vinh Binh Rubber Plantation has responsibilities for executing the transfer by May 01, 2012.
