VES: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder

ABC International Group JSC bought 50,000 VES shares of Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: VES) on February 23, 2012 and became a major shareholder of VES (number of shares after trading: 490,000 shares – 5.4%) without announcement.

Besides, after becoming a major shareholder of VES, ABC International Group JSC bought 24,220 VES shares on February 24, 2012 and bought 178,160 VES shares on April 6, 2012 without announcement as requested.
