HNX notice: PXA removed out of supervision

Pursuant to Regulations on Listing at HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, on 09/09/2011, HNX announces that the following stock has been removed from supervision:

- Issuer: Petrovietnam – Nghe An Investment & Trading

- Stock code: PXA

- Reason: International Auditing and Financial Consulting Company Ltd. (IFC), auditor for PVL’s 2011 Financial Statement issued Auditing Report No 2793/2012/BCKT-IFC dated on 23/04/2012 instead of Auditting Report on 2712/2012/BCKT-IFC dated on 30/03/2012 as announced before. Thus, IFC withdrew exceptions to the Company’s continuous operation perspective.
