- Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung has resigned from Chair of the Board and representative for  capital of Song Da Group with effect since 30/03/2012

- Mr. Luu Huy Bien has resigned from General Manager with effect since 30/03/2012

- Mr. Luu Huy Bien has been appointed Chair of the Board with effect since 30/03/2012

- Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuyen has been appointed General Manager with effect since 30/03/2012
