SSC: Resolution of the BOD

The BOD of Southern Seed Corporation (stock code: SSC) issued Resolution No.04/NQ-HDQT dated April 10, 2012 to announce the personnel change as follows:

Article 1: Change of the member of the BOD

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Quang Duong as a member of the BOD (according to the resignation letter of Mr. Pham Quang Duong on March 5, 2012).

- Appointing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Deputy CEO of SSI Asset Management Company Limited (SSIAM), as a member of the BOD.

Article 2: The effective date of this resolution is April 10, 2012.
