SJ1: Change in key members

Seafood JSC No. 1 announces the change in the BOD and the Supervisory Board as follows:

• Mr. Tetsuji Totsune and Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Hoa have resigned from Director.
• Mr. Nguyen Duc Hai has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board.
• Ms. Tham Thu Hanh has resigned from member of Supervisory Board.

The company will elect additional members of the BOD and Supervisory Board on Annual General Meeting 2012.
