TRC: Board Resolution No.4/2012

Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company (TANIRUCO) announced Resolution of the Board of Directors No.4/2012 dated March 30, 2012:

1. The Board of Directors approved to invest in Dau Tieng Bac Lao Rubber Corporation (*).

2. Total initial charter capital of the project: VND100 bilion.

Total rubber area: 5,000 hectares, in Udomxay province, Laos.

Tay Ninh Rubber JSC invests 5% in Dau Tieng Bac Lao Rubber Corporation.

3. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh, Manager of Technology Department, as Representative of Tay Ninh Rubber JSC in Dau Tieng Bac Lao Rubber Corporation.
