PTM Automobile Service, Trading and Manufacturing JSC reports the use of proceeds as follows:

1. Information on the issue:

- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Number of shares issued: 2,297,700 shares
- Total charter capital after the issue : VND 42 billion

2. Purpose of the issue: To supplement working capital, repair and improve the Company’s factory located at 256 Kim Giang, Hoang Mai, Hanoi.

3. Use of proceeds: Total proceeds: VND 22,977,000,000
- Repairing and improving the factory : VND 6,800,000,000
- Contributing capital in Digital equipment and machine joint stock company: VND 3,000,000,000
- Supplementing working capital and investing in business: VND 13,177,000,000
