DLV: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012
Vietnam Tourism - Vitours JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating result 2011 and Operating plan 2012
* 2011:
- Revenue: VND 201,166,817,392
- Profit before tax: VND 4,156,098,956
- Profit after tax: VND 2,681,408,482
- Payable to the state: VND 7,647,811,648
- Dividend payment: 7%
* 2012
- Revenue: VND 200,000,000,000
- Profit: VND 3,500,000,000
- Payable to the state: VND 7,000,000,000
- Dividend payment: 5%/ Charter Capital

4. Profit distribution plan and dividend payment 2011: dividend payment 7%
5. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2012
6. Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien, Mr. Dang Thanh Thuy have resigned from Director. Mr. Nguyen Hong has resigned from member of Supervisory boardMs. Do Thi Dao and Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien have been appointed Directors. Ms. Le Thi Yen has been appointed member of Supervisory board
