SRC: SRC delays AGM 2012

Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company issued Announcement No.12/TB-HDQT on March 27, 2012 announcing that the meeting time for Annual General Meeting 2012 (AGM 2012) would be in late April 2012

- However, in order to prepare for the meeting, Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company sent a document to the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City to ask an extension for AGM 2012 until June 30, 2012.

- Therefore, Sao Vang Rubber Joint Stock Company would like to announce that Annual General Meeting 2012 will be organized in May or June 2012. A particular meeting date will be noticed.
