DCL: Extension of the submission date of Annual Report 2011

According to regulations, April 20, 2012 is the deadline for submission of annual reports 2011 of listed companies.

However, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation (PHARIMEXCO) has not submitted the report because BDO Co., Ltd. – Can Tho Branch, the auditing firm for PHARIMEXCO, has not issued Audited Financial Statements 2011 and PHARIMEXCO cannot finish the annual report. Therefore, PHARIMEXCO would like to extend the submission of Annual Report 2011 until May 25, 2012.
