Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock company (stock code: PTC) announced the personnel change as follows

- Mr. Nguyen Duy Bac would not hold the position of Member of the Board of Directors cum CEO as from April 24, 2012.

- Appointing Mr. Dau Minh Lam, Member of the Board of Directors, as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors as from April 24, 2012.

- Appointing Mr. Dau Xuan Khanh, Member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy CEO, as CEO as from April 24, 2012.
