ITA: The record date for the 2011 dividend payment
On March 30, 2012, HOSE announced the record date for the 2011 dividend payment of Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation:
- Stock symbol: ITA
- Ex-right date: April 10, 2012
- Record date: April 12, 2012
- Purpose: to pay stock dividends of the year 2011 to the existing shareholders, to issue bonus shares.
1. Paying stock dividends of the year 2010:
- Exercise ratio: 10% (100:10)
- The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 10 new shares.
- Estimated issue volume: 34,198,590 shares.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares
The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be paid in cash at par value.
For example, if shareholder A owns 48 shares at the record date, he will receive: 48x10/100 = 4.8 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 4 new shares and VND8,000 (=0.8 share*VND10,000).
2. Issuing bonus shares from surplus capital.
- Exercise ratio: 20% (100:20)
- The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 20 new shares.
- Estimated issue volume: 68,397,179 shares.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares
The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be retained and issued later.
For example, if shareholder A owns 48 shares at the record date, he will receive: 48x20/100 = 9.6 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 9 new shares. 0.9 share will be canceled.
3. Regulations:
- All shares issued from paying the 2011 stock dividends and bonus shares are transferable.
- All rights issued from paying the 2011 stock dividends and bonus shares are not transferable.
4. Place of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will receive dividend, bonus shares at Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation, 306 Ba Trieu Street, Block 16, Street 2, Tan Tao Industrial Park, Tan Tao A Ward, Binh Tan District, HCM City .
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
