- Record date:  April 12, 2012

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

- Payment date: April 26, 2012  

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Head office of Phu Tai Joint Stock Company, 278 Nguyen Thi Dinh Street, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province as from April 26, 2012.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
