Hoaphat Textbook Printing JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 03/03/2012 as follows:
- Dividend payment 2011 in cash with exercise rate of 7% (shareholders receive VND 700 for every share they own).
- Total amount for dividend payment: VND 1,263,486,000
- Assigning Management Board and Chief Accountant to process record date for dividend payment
