HSG: The record date for the payment for No.1/2011
On March 29, 2012, HOSE announced the record date for the first 2011 dividend in cash of Hoasen Group:
- Stock symbol: HSG
- Ex-right date: April 10, 2012
- Record date: April 12, 2012
- Purpose: For the payment for the first 2011 dividend in cash
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share)
- Payment date: May 23, 2012
- Place & procedure of payment:
-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Hoasen Group , 9 Thong Nhat High way, Song Than II Industrial Park, Di An Ward, Di An Town, Binh Duong Province from May 23, 2012.
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
