HAG: Resolution on stock dividend payment
HAGL Joint Stock Company announced the resolution on stock dividend payment of the Board of Directors :
- Executing the plan of issuing shares to pay the 2010 dividend to existing shareholders which was approved by Board of Directors:
- Current charter Capital: VND4,672,805,900,000
- Total current shares: VND467,280,590
- Total outstanding shares: VND467,280,590
- Object of the issuance: Shareholders whose names in the list on the record date.
- Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (or 100:15). Each shareholder owning 01 share will receive 01 right, every 100 rights will receive 15 new shares. The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled by the Company.
For example, if shareholder A owns 201 shares on the record date, he will receive 30.15 new shares (201x15/100 = 30.15 shares), and 0.15 share will be canceled.
- Estimated issue volume: 70,092,088 shares
- Capital dividend: From profit after tax in 2010
- The rights to receive dividend shares are not transferable.
- The new shares are transferable.
- Expected charter capital after the issuance: VND5,373,726,780,000
