Hue Textile Garment JSC. has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

2.Financial statement 2011, profit distribution plan and dividend payment 2012.

- Bonus fund: VND 200,000,000
- Reward fund: VND 370,063,866
- Welfare fund: VND 555,095,797
- Dividend payment: VND 7,500,000,000
