5.Select an auditor for financial year 2012: International Auditing and Financial Consulting Company
6.Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2012
7.Plan to increase Charter Capital up to VND 350 billion
8.Adjusment in investment plan: total investment increased to VND 1,117 billion
