PTH: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012
Ha Tay Petrolimex Transportation and Service JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1.Financial statement and Operating result 2011
- Revenue: VND 1,215,394 million
- Profit before tax: VND 4,250 million
- Profit after tax: VND 3,187 million
2.Change in company’s policy
3.Profit distribution 2011 and dividend payment 2011 (10%)
4.Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2011 and 2012
5.The new BOD and Supervisory board (2012 – 2017)
