BPC: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012
BimSon Packing Company has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
Operating result 2011:
- Revenue: VND 291,153 million
- Profit before tax: VND 10,393 million
- Payable to the state: VND 8,255 million
- Tax income: VND 1,821,288,134
- Investment and development fund: VND 912,615,171
- Financial reserve: VND 304,205,057
- Bonus: VND 250,000,000
- Investment: VND 32,825 million
Operating plan 2012:
- Revenue: VND 356,165 million
- Profit before tax: VND 8,977 million
- Payable to the state: VND 10,183
- Dividend payment: 10% - 15%
Payment for the BOD, Supervisory and secretary 2012: same as 2011
Select an auditor for financial year 2012
Mr. Tran Van Chuong has been appointed Director and also holds Manager position.
