AGC: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 16/04/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of An Giang Coffee JSC asking for delay in submitting 2011 Financial Statement.

After considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
