Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company has announced that the Company will delay the 2012 Annual General Meeting as follows:

- Ex-right date: March 21, 2012

- Record date: March 23, 2012

- Meeting date:

+ Old meeting date: April 26, 2012

+ New meeting date: The new meeting date will be noticed.

Reason: Because Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company is in a phase of restructuring, the Company has not enough conditions to organize the 2012 Annual General Meeting.
