KCE: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2012
Khanh Hoa Power Centrifugal Concrete JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

- Total Expenses: VND 34,848,787,880
- Profit before tax: VND 2,899,180,996
- Profit after tax: VND 2,639,525,489
- Dividend payment: 8%
2.Profit distribution, dividend payment and set up funds 2011:
- Investment and development fund: VND 1,279,525,489- Welfare fund: VND 100,000,000
- Reward fund: VND 60,000,000
- Dividend payment: VND 1,200,000,000
3.Operating result 2012:

- Profit after tax: VND 3,937,000,000
