VPH: Announcement of release from the designated stock

On March 22, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued an announcement to release stock of Van Phat Hung Corporation from the designated stock.

Therefore, VPH stock was released from the designated form as of April 13, 2011.

Reason: The auditing company gave an unqualified opinion on the 2011 financial statements of Van Phat Hung Corporation.
