SHN: Extraordinary information disclosure
Hanoi Investment General Corporation verifies the information related to the bankruptcy of the company as follows:
- The debt of BETA BQP JSC to HANIC is VND349,049,225,546. This amount was overdue for 9 months. Therefore, HANIC falls in a difficult situation: loss of liquidity, tax liabilities, difficult operation and late payment of wages and social insurance following regulations. Unless BETA JSC pays, HANIC will risk a bankruptcy.
- In 2011, the loss of HANIC was VND 63,780,067,250 because the allowance for uncollectible accounts of BETA JSC was VND104,714,767,633.
- To ensure the interests of shareholders, HANIC decided to sue BETA JSC
