PVX: Result of Seasoned issue
Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation announces the result of seasoned issue as follows:

- Offer for shareholders:

+ Total volume of unsold shares: 124,990,391 shares
- Offer for staff:

- Offer for strategic investors:

The unsold shares will be offered for:

- Ocean Bank:

- PVV Investment and Material JSC:
