On 08/03/2012, Quang Ninh Book and Educational Equipment JSC explained the stock ceiling hitting for 5 consecutive sessions from 23 to 29/02/2012 as follows:

-          On 03/02/2012, Quang Ninh Book and Educational Equipment JSC disclosed Financial Statement QIV/2012 with profit after tax of 2011 increasing compared to QIV/2010 and plan of 2011

-          Dividend payment ratio of 2011 was 16% (shareholders receive VND1,600 for every share they own)

-          Due to the better situation of stock market, the price of stock QST increased following the market trend.
