Bao Viet Securities Company (HNX: BVS) annunced the BVS under supervision as follows:

Pursuant to Point c, Item 1, Article 12 of Regulations on Listing at HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDCKHN on 04/6/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

-          Issuer: Bao Viet Securities Company

-          Stock code: BVS

-          Reason: Profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2010 and FY 2011 are negative.

Supervision period ends when Bao Viet Securities Company overcomes current situation.
