NHS: Resolution of the BOD
Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated January 07, 2011:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the following reports:
- Business Plan for 2012:
- Cane juice: 400,000 tons
- Product:
+ Sugar: 40,000 tons
+ Molasses: 15,20 tons
+ Commercial electricity: 6,319 MWH
+ Blood cake, mud, ash: 35,680 tons
+ Net revenue: VND791 billion, including:
+ Sugar: VND691.9 billion
+ Molasses: VND26.9 billion
+ Commercial electricity: VND3.6 billion
+ Blood cake, mud, ash: VND2.1 billion
+ Cane cultivation, fertilizer, plant protection drugs: VND66.5 billion
- Profit before tax: VND82.7 billion
- Payment rate: 30%
- Investment area for cane raw material of 2012-2013: 8,000 hectare
- Total value for cane growth: VND158.21 billion
- Capital construction plan and other activity:
+ Project investment increase process capacity from 3000TMN to 4000TMN. Phase II: investment value: VND146.38billion
+ Fixed asset and other investment: VND8.82 billion
+ Training: VND300 million
+ Society mission: VND275 million
Article 2: The CEO take charge to implementation and finish process.
Article 3: This resolution took effect on January 07, 2012.
