TYA: Explanation for the audited financial statement in 2011
Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable Joint Stock Company explained the difference in the audited financial statement between unaudited as follows:
- Profit after tax (audited): VND30,571,030,117
- Profit after tax (unaudited): VND35,897,151,584
- Decreased: vnd5,326,121,467
Reasons: The Dong Nai Tax Department checked its corporation income tax and the company had to pay about VND2,607 billion tax and fined VND3,59 billion However, the company did not agree with the additional tax and complained to the authority for solution.
