DLG: Explanation for consolidated business result in Q4/2011

Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company has explained reasons causing the 10-percent differences in revenue and profit after tax in the financial statements of Quarter 4/2011 of the Company against to Quarter 4/2010:

- In Quarter 4/2011, profit after tax was VND4,970,756,332 decreasing 59.33% or VND7,250,032,959 compared to Quarter 4/2010 mainly because:

- The cost of goods sold in Quarter 4/2010 accounted for 89.16% less than compared to Quarter 4/2011 (cost of goods sold in Quarter 4/2011 was 93.73%) leading profit in Quarter 4/2011 went down compared to the same period of 2010.
