TBX: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2012
Thai Binh Cement JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20/03/2012. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating Results of 2011 and Plan for 2012:
Operating Results of 2011:
- Revenue: VND83,122,035,660
- Profit before tax: VND6,653,887,382
- Profit after tax: VND5,489,457,089
- Dividend payment: 20%
- Operating Plan in 2012:
- Revenue: VND90billion
- Profit before tax: from VND5,5billion to VND6billion
- Dividend payment: 15-20%
2. Reports of the BOD and Supervisory, Audited Financial Statement 2011
3. Profit Distribution and Setting-up funds:
- Profit after tax 2011: VND5,489,457,089
- Incentive tax: VND499,000,000
- Finance Reserve Fund: VND249,522,854
- Development Fund: VND249,522,854
- Dividend payment (expected excercise rate: 20%): VND3,020,560,000
+ Paid in first round (15%): VND2,265,420,000
+ Expected dividend payment for second round (5%): VND755,140,000
- Bonus and Welfare Fund: VND1,470,851,381
4. Remuneration for the BOD, Supervisory Board 2011: VND142,022,100
