D2D: D2D withdraws funds from a joint venture
Until February 17, 2012, Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 completed procedures to transfer all stake in joint venture Dai A Real Estate Joint Stock Company. The funds D2D invested was VND9,500,000,000, equivalent to 950,000 shares, accounting for 31.6% of Dai A. Therefore, Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 was not a joint venture with Dai A Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
